Madame Mirage (Image/ TC)
-Espionage, 50s glamour chick. First issue has got me hooked with witty dialogue mysterious plots, and unique (but great) art :hitit:. Definately recommended.

-Art is AMAZING, updates on Sara Pezini if you hadn’t read Witchblade in awhile.
Stjepan Sejic, the artist here, is gonna work on Witchblade starting on issue 116. (I might have to jump back on the wagon for this)

I read TONS of independent books now. I almost never read the normal superhero books, I dunno why.
My main faves are TMNT, Optic Nerve, Jimmy Corrigan, Eight Ball, things like that. And there is this HILARIOUS book I read from time to time called Magic Whistle, totally potty/sex humor but hilarious in a smart way. I’ll give more detail later.
Optic Nerve is like the best comic that only comes out once every other year or so. I just got the Shortcomings book last month and that was completely stupendous.
