I attended that panel. When it was over this subject did come up. If I recall the changes were not specifically addressed on what was being changed. However at the time it was made clear during other events prior to EVO that the changes made in Ultra to Yun were showing up as giving him a stronger advantage over the cast again. They mentioned a few changes are needed bring him down a little, but not as drastic as it had been.
Recently the advantages are now obvious and the new glitch found may end up with some backlash. I hope they don’t change him too much.
