I can only speak from experience from my stride in game development.

I really don’t know what you’re getting at, to me what you’re saying is that there could be a girl so good that a guy would be content being just friends. My replay is no that could not happen as subconsciously every guy wants to fuck their non uggo female friends.
My point is - given a situation where you HAVE the best looking girl BY FAR AND AWAY, why would you NOT BE content to just be friend with the clearly inferior [non]models?
Especially if cheating would lead to losing said alpha female?

I don’t think he’s talkin’ about cheating. Sure those average lookin’ sluts would just be “friends” while you had that ultra broad but any man would still be wondering what those average sluts looked like naked and how they would be in bed. And if the ultra broad croaked then any man would be in a good position to actually find out.
Because I know I can get more. Why not go for it, I have nothing to lose. If I did have this “best looking girl”, I wouldn’t care if I cheated on her or not, as she would mean nothing to me, she’s just another female.
