So I’ve been into modding lately (well, not exactly modding perse, but swapping outfits, stages and other shenanigans ) and Cammy was the first character I swapped files for (when I did not know what I was doing), and I committed the first no-no in “mod-adding” , I did not back up my original files. So I somehow lost the most important file (the bsr file, and a couple of other ones) and I need them … to add different mods that work off the original 
I looked for them online but didn’t find 'em. Anyone willing to offer a modding casual a hand? Links appreciated.
Did you try checking integrity of files via Steam?
What exactly would it do? Replace all non-original files?
