Just got back home.
Had a great time actually. I didn’t get anywhere in the tournament I played (AH), but I had a lot of fun playing casuals with a load of you guys. Just to let everyone know, I’m the tall dude with the black glasses who had the custom made un-painted stick with the green buttons and balltop. My name is Yousef.

P.S. There needs to be some more fine ladies at the tournaments… especially like that 1 girl. :tup:
Just posting and letting folks know I was there.
The DOA tourney was a bust as well as VF, so I settled for the Savior 1 tourney. It’s nice to know there are still folks who love Vampire/Darkstalkers out there (Kajoq comes to mind), and that gave me enough incentive to get back into it after playing DOA for so long. This time I’m gonna adjust to the stick, lol.
There were a few folks I got to fight in DOA such as StyleTime and ZeonStar, and that was more than enough for my fill in that game despite being casuals. Can’t let a cancelled tourney get me down.
Anyway, I had a great time there overall. There were a few highlights that stood out (one in Tekken 5 DR, and another that I missed in Smash, I think).

It’s all right, man. We got priorities, and I respect that whatever it is you’re taking on. If it helps any, the next event I’ll definitely be in is at Anime Weekend Atlanta in September.
Some tournaments didn’t really get underway or just cancelled due to impatient competitors (this is through word of mouth, for the record, I don’t know for absolute fact) because of the traffic delays and whatnot. TBH, I didn’t get to this event until 4 PM, so my apologies to those who came early for the DOA tourney (according to Shidosha) and left.
But it was out of my hands.
Great tourney! I had a blast all day. Good games to everyone, Lol its so nice being able to play people other than my roomates up in Lexington.
Mags - Great job putting the show together and running things. Mad props. Next year is gonna be extra Hype I can already tell.

the tourney was fun overall =] you ran a pretty darn good tournament mag. i can see impactclash growing into an even bigger event (maybe another huge fighting game tourney other than final round).

Thanks Magnicious for letting me be the judge for Accent Core. There weren’t many players. Charles/PimpJuice has a really nice Eddie. But that guy Ralph was a beast, and an inspiration.
Zach, too bad our money match was kind of shitty. I’m going to get a stick, and then we’ll see whats up. And yeah Ricky, we need to do our 3s money match some day.
Magnicious was such a cool guy. I know it was your first tourney, but you stayed on top of things. It sucks that I lose a copy of 3s and CvS2, but it’s cool. I should have kept closer tabs on things.
Oh yeah Ray, I have to get use to your sticks, too bad I didn’t get to play you in Turbo. I know I can expect you to be in town.
I did bad at all of the tourneys I entered, but thats all fine. I had a lot of fun. I also apologize for coming in drunk and everything, sorry about that. I was grossly under prepared for the tourney. IF we ever have another one, then you guys need to watch out.
