On the 24th in the GA thread Kajoq played with Ricky, Joe, and Max and they all said they were planning on attending. When did Max go out of town?
I need to clarify something for everyone bringing equipment here:
You are waived of the at the door $20 entry fee. You still must pay the $10 per game to participate in each individual game. Meaning if Person “X” brings an arcade cabinent to the tournament to help out, that means that he does not pay the at the door entry fee. However, if he wants to participate in the Soul Calibur 3 Tournament, he must still pay the $10 entry since that’s the money that will be going to the winner of the pot. It would not be fair someone to get a shot at the pot, and not put their money into it. There’s no way I can let anyone skip putting money into the pot since if I did that, there wouldn’t be a prize to be won. I hope this clarifies things for everyone and I am sorry if I mislead anyone.
Also anyone bringing equipment be sure to arrive BEFORE 10:30 a.m. so I can mark you down as having equipment. I will probably not be able to grant free entry for people bringing equipment if you arrive near the start of the tournament since I will need to concentrate on the brackets and setting up the venue so to help out please try to make it there early if you are bringing equipment.

How early can we arrive?
I’ll be there at 8 a.m. So any time after 8:15 a.m. or so. The room will be bare at that time but around that time is when we can set up the room and place things where they need to be. We won’t but the staff will and we can tell them where to put things. But basically the chart will be like I posted earlier in the thread.
Cool. I’ll show up early and help with what I can. Do you need me to bring any other stuff like plug bars or vcrs or is that all good now? BTW the profile edit thing on the ranking page is having an error with the ggpo field
Thanks for the heads up about the 10:30 AM start time for people bringing equipment. I think out of everyone here, I live closest to the GA World Congress Center, so I’m pretty flexible. I can help you set up anytime I can, because I would like to support the scene. GWCC is very close to my apartment, so if you need any help just give me a call. I’ll PM you my cell just in case.
