Wow, Impact Clash is mere days away! I’m happy to see that despite the stricter rules for stickies, this tournament received one. I am very thankful for that.

I’m probably not going to play SFIV or Tekken 6. School has been brutal recently and I’ve had no time to practice anything other than BB.

I find it amusing that Brawl requires a laundry list of rules for tournament play. Shitty game is shitty.

In Smash’s defesnse I will say they do bring the most equipment of any other group. Lastly, when they have many more TVs than other games, it’s because they are hooking up Smash to all the TVs they themselves bought. Regardless though, when you bring a system to help out for the tournament, it can be used for any game that’s needed. But my hat does go off to them for how many numbers they bring when they come out, and the amount of equipment they bring.
I’m planning on bringing at least 2 TVs so I’m hoping that helps keep things moving along.

I meant no disrespect but who will be watching them, last time it was only three actual tournament matches going on and about 5 tv casuals and im pretty sure others where heated about it…a fair balance should be in order…but I understand and will retract any further statements

If Pokchop is there (which he will be) then you can rest assured that there will be a Marvel station for casuals and him money matching people in it. We’re not playing it on PS3 though, DC instead.
That’s understandable and you are right, when people bring equipment to a tournament that equipment can and will be used for any tournament that’s needed. Not just the tournament that the person who came to the tournament who bought it is playing. I appreciate the heads up and we will keep an eye on what is free play and what is actual tournament play.

Well Im pretty sure the Smash/Melee community does not want ole Iceman running there tourny again but if in attendance (Which I am sure I will be) I’ll keep an eye out or suggest to magnicious/pokchop they assign someone other than ME to that area of interest to make sure things move along swiftly
P.S. BIG Serious Question… Am I setting up Team Tournaments in SF4/Tekken/Marvel/Smash/Melee or what, I haven’t received any PM’s or seen any legit posts in regards to or any interests in Team Tournaments???
I personally don’t care what system we play on, but almost no one comes out to compete in Marvel anymore (excluding Impact clash and Final Round). Maybe after this tournament, we can start having it on the PS3/360? I know it’s not arcade perfect… AT ALL… but if it’ll bring more people in I say we should try it.

Why play the game at 50% or less its potential, this isn’t like CvS2 and killing Roll Cancel (Which was detrimental to it’s x-box or PS success or lack there of)
Like not playing Marvel at it’s best and highest ability just isn’t worth playing.
