Well, I got bad news for me. As much as I wanna go, and been hyping myself and my friends, I most likely won’t be able to make the tourney this time. The double whammy of a speeding ticket being due this week and my car breaking down last week absolutely DESTROYED what little free funds I did have. I still gotta be able to pay my bills. Well, at least I can still make church.

What day are the tournaments for Virtua Fighter 5 and Soulcalibur IV?
So yeah, we’ll be coming from Charlotte Sat morning.
We’ll be bringing some games and systems too. Can we be assured we’ll recieve our discounts in case we’re a bit late?
If there is enough interest, the NGBC tournament will be Sat night (or Sunday Morning if I’m too fucking tired). If not, I am still up for my JWong MM and if anybody else wants to MM in NGBC let me know.

If you are running late please call the room the day of at 404-567-5946 and let us know when approximately you are coming and how far you are away so we can add anyone to brackets who really intends on paying and is on their way there. I won’t add anyone running late to a bracket unless they call that number the day of. That way, you can be assured that if you are running late for a game starting at 12:30 that you will be on the bracket. But you must be there before your first match is called in whatever particular game. Same goes with equipment. If you are coming late or running late call me directly at that number so that I will know what you are coming with and when to expect you so I can make room for you. The whole thing about that 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. rule is so that what happen last time will not happen where tournaments are delayed because we’re fooling around with setting up equipment and rearranging the room because more equipment is coming in and we can’t concentrate on getting the brackets together and the like. As long as I know ahead of time we’re set.
Both are Saturday.
I know, I called you today in a frenzy trying to get a hold of someone on SRK about that. Luckily the forums are back on deck and hopefully will be at least until the tournament happens.
On another note we can make updates about the tournament and the like in the thread here. There’s suppose to be a ustream of the event footage being streamed live but those guys are setting it up for Smash unfortunately. I’ll see if I can get another one set up for one of the fighting games as well.
If anyone has any question on anything in the coming day or so make sure you message me on AIM on my handle Omnipotent Playa. I’ll try to be online as much as I can either through phone or through the computer to answer any and every questions you guys have. If anyone wants to take a sneak peak of the room tomorrow arrive at the location at 5:30 and I will be there setting up stuff and the like if you wanted to catch a sneak peak and had nothing better to do.

You can pre-register but it’s going to happen for certain. I can guarantee it will happen on Sunday.
Secondly, my PM box has been getting blown up recently about equipment. The best advice I can tell you on the waivers is to get there as early as you can so I can make sure I can give you an equipment waiver. After 10 a.m. you are not guaranteed an equipment waiver because more than likely I will have enough equipment and by that time I want to stop making changes to the room and use that time and energy for registering people and the like. So, make sure you get there before 10 a.m. and if not call the room number and let us know your situation so we can work with you. The room number is on the front of this thread.

I’m going to aim to be there as earlier as possible, around the 8 A.M. for Saturday and I plan to attend both days. I need to know again how to pay the twenty dollar entrance fee; do I pay you via paypal or something or can I pay at the entrance? Either I way, I’m preregistering now. 
I do not think I will enter any tourneys. Possibly, MvC2 but I guarantee my low-tier teams will get their asses kicked. :wasted:
