Kansas mandates that liquor can only be sold in liquor stores, although grocery stores and gas stations can sell 3.2 beer.
Missouri can still sell liquor in grocery/convenience stores, however. I’m surprised they can even sell K2 after Kansas banned it, saw some on a 7-11 counter a week ago.
I’m surprised you can’t but booze in some grocery stores around the country. Here in Cali, you can buy wine, beer, liquor at grocery stores. I haven’t had any luck buying it at gas stations but I’ve heard that exists somewhere.
