How hard is it to transition into? And how long did it take you to get comfortable with it? Did you start learning Tag pairings straight away?
Deserve it’s own thread, this does not.
Do you like airdashy, combo heavy fighters? Do you like versus series mechanics (excluding MvC3)? Have you played the demo?
You should really be able to make your own decision at this point.
Download the free demo, see whether you could imagine playing this, if yes buy it, if no buy it anyways.
Transition depends on which games you come from, if comfortable means “furiously masturbating in front of your monitor” I’ve been doing that since it was at 1% downloaded, last question I don’t understand.
this thread is gonna get closed you know. you didnt need to make a new thread for it it could have been a question in the GD thread.
but to answer your questions
- not super hard if you play marvel
2.a few days
3.no, but i should.
Sorry! I’ve yet to fully DL the demo, but i’ll end up buying the game anyway ^^
I think I can adapt well to the combo heavy gameplay, now to just set some time apart for all that training. Thanks for the input!
no one plays a game and instantly learns everything in a game without putting time and effort to practice. With that being said, just keep playing the game. It took me a while for me to transition from solo Filia to Filia+Cerebella because i realized that assists make your life so much easier when fighting other people and it really helps your character recover from some normals that are otherwise punishable on block.
Scratch that itch!
Skullgirls follows the fighting game philosophy of “simple, but deep”. It’s definitely influenced by other games, but once you get used to playing it Skullgirls becomes a great game in it’s own right.
