I agree with this statement entirely. I think some people are just too dense or not willing enough to try new things, so this hinders any hope for advancement.

And I always love playing people who are at a decent level of skill equivalent or greater than mine. Keeps the game fresh and new, and sometimes we discover new things in the process!

buuuuuuut, wii does have some cool exclusives for ppl who aren’t ONLY into fighters (which seems to be a lot of srk who are fight-exclusive). I’m mostly into FPS actually, fighting is 2ndary for me. So yeah, I know what are the good exclusives of multiple genres for wii/360/ps3 [i read/watch vids on all types of games]. Plus, if you’re only into 2d fighters u could also say ‘lol 360/PS3’ since ASIDE FROM SF4 (since nobody rly plays KoF12 in comparison, and prolly won’t care bout the new samurai showdown either), the console has nothing for fighters. PS2 is rly where it’s at when it comes to that, but oh well. Ppl sometimes hate on something they know nothing about. I’m not trying to go against you in a hostile way, this is just the oppositte of ‘lol wii’ for everyone who looks at it that way.
If you already own a Wii, you have no excuse… but I certainly understand not wanting to buy a system for one game (if TvC is the only one that interests you).
The Wii is dirt cheap though.
And well, you can always go for emulators…
well, yeah, if only for TvC then i’d be mad too. But when I get mine i’ll be investing it MOSTLY for it, also more super mario galaxy 1n2, new resident evil, silent hill, madworld, n other shit (none of which r stupid wii sports/wii fitness as a lot of ppl think). all comes down to how much interest you have in the game. for ppl who are only into fighters, they put down the money for SF4 or BB if they didn’t have a 360/PS3 before, so yeah. i guess they feel ripped off by capcom or something…
