IF: Give 3 Darkstalkers characters you want to be in Street Fighter V game

The Darkstalkers have not been really given as much importance as Capcom gives to Street Fighter. Thanks to the Marvel vs Capcom series, people still get to know how amazing the Darkstalkers characters are.

So my question is “What if Capcom decides to put 3 Darkstalkers characters in Street Fighter V?”, which 3 characters would you like to be in SFV?

It’s not really impossible to happen right because other characters from other Capcom games have been made playable in Street Fighter games and they’ve done this a lot of times.

So give 3 Darkstalkers you want to be in a Street Fighter V and if possible, provide your insight/s, explanations.

Trust me, you do NOT want Darkstalkers in this game. The movement and pressure would have to be nerfed to hell, and at that point you’re just playing a shitty imitation of the real thing. Look at this


Do you really think Capcom will let you do stuff like this in SFV? Either give us a new Darkstalkers or put a few in MvC; don’t ruin the characters by grounding them in Street Fighter.

They ever did from games of Final Fight series, wich fit SF universe.

Now they did a bit of tribute to Strider but heavy worked to make the character fit SF.
Aside some animations and the aesthetic wink, Zeku don’t play like Strider… and most important Zeku IS’NT Strider

If they want guest from other Capcom game better be from games that have a compatible universe, Darkstalkers is’nt one

Hell, I’ll bite:

Gallon - John Talbain. If we’re going to have a character with body toss / torpedo moves, he’s MUCH better than Honda / Blanka.
Jedah - Motherfucking Jedah! Besides being villanous, IIRC he was low tier on VSav, so he wouldn’t need to be toned down a lot. His spinning scythes could have nice uses here.
Anakaris - Abigail exists, so “too grotesque for SFV” no longer applies. Tossing tombstones and other stuff, floaty jumps with arms coming from below, curses… he could be a lot of fun but for god’s sake, limit the amount of Raging Demon inputs.

Skip Demitri or Morrigan, enough shotos.

Abigail is ugly af but his character design fit FF and so SF universe

Is not about too grotesque… is about straight not fitting, SF and DS have two different setting and tone

My 3 choices.

  1. Bulleta/B.B. Hood - she would be a great add to sfv since she’s unique and rely on her skills. IM
  2. John Talbain - a pretty popular character that can fit in the sfv universe
  3. Lord Raptor - we need a badass guitarist on sfv.

Just make a new Darkstalkers game instead. Have you seen how popular monster girls are online right now? The game would definitely sell.
