I see it says real arcade pro, which as far as I know is Hori, but i couldn’t find anything about it online.
I’ve never seen it before myself, but it has the same basic design as Hori’s

- Fighting Stick PS for PlayStation
- Fighting Stick SS for Saturn
My hyper-tuned powers of deduction are telling me it’s a Hori “Fighting Stick” for Xbox 360

That thing is not an official Hori product, just looks like a black market hack job.
It’s a bootleg using (I’m assuming) old Hori molds.
Tried to do a Google search on that image.
All the results are not in English or Japanese.
Had this been a real product (a Real Hori Product) I would find something in one of those two languages.
Also that stick design was never use with the REAL ARCADE PRO label.

Obvious Hack Job (bad hack job from the electric tape), looks like someone took a shell of a PS1 Hori FIghting Stick (PS1 era is when Hori made the last of that Mold)
Middle Start/ Select area could be from a SNES stick.

Yeah, def Hori Fighting stick case With some custom pcs made for it. These things can be had in japan for like $10. Buy them, mod them and sell them lol
Ive worked on afew of these recently. Curious what stick they are using. Probably just freshened up the stock stick.
Also, i guess its just an overlay, because theres supposed to be like 8 screws that hold the faceplate on
