I am not the one needing to be convinced. It is Art of Art Hobbies/Tek Innovations that needs to be convinced. You also have to give the poor guy time in his busy schedule to design and test out a case before he goes forwards. So far we got a concept that butteroj had thought up, no prototype or actual plans yet. If you want this to become a reality, tell your friends they need a mini sized laser cut acrylic case and have them show their interest in this thread.

If he made beta cases to purchase or try ill be first one of the list. Ill just gut my q4 and try that case. To me I just hate having to much on either side when its just wasted space. Small and have a enough weight to sit firm in my lap.
Why gut a working stick to build a hypothetical one?
A Full set of buttons and a Joystick is about $50 And another $35 to 60 for a PCB.
Idk. Just because I could. Plus I run xbox so I’d have to gut a controller and stuff to make it work. Seems easier to gut the Q4 and take the parts from there at least the pcb anyways
If its anything like my mini Rtdzign stick I am totally down.
I would be so down for a smaller case. I kind of like the size of something like the Brawlstick.
I was just looking at Tek-Cases, and have always wanted a smaller case, so this sounds really cool.
I don’t use any Tek-Cases myself, but I got my brother a Tek-Case last summer, and he loves it.
However, if butteroj and Art do come out with this mini-Tek-Case, my brother and I would be guaranteed to each grab at least one.
im really REALLY interested in this case i saw the original tek cases and loved them but i wanted something more compact so this perfectly fits what im looking for. fingers crossed hopefully more people see this thread and show interest

I talked to Art today. Work is going well with the deisgn of the Tek-Case mini. We should see something in the next few weeks.
One question on these:
Would you all prefer a slanted top, flat top, or the option of either?
Having options would be nice.
Options, but what does slant look like? Like TE curves, mas slants, or like a brawl stick?
