Sent from my SCH-R910 using Tapatalk

i have an early copy too and i’ll admit i only looked at it the other day for the first time and noticed alot of spelling and grammar mistakes :stuck_out_tongue: Glad to see those are getting fixed  I wasn’t going to say anything because i didnt want izuna to feel bad, clearly he was very busy and its easy to overlook those minor things - im an english teacher though so it’s habbit to pick up on it lol. Glad to see he’s got it all sorted

Various reasons, various really good reasons including maximising awareness for the charity.

It’s my full name.

Yes, but I’m Half English; part Cuban, Jamaican, Chinese, and Greek.

You got the OLD version, I think before we proofread it. =)

Izuna the bri ish guy.

Izuna “I’m British, but with a Japanese first name, and a Greek sounding last name”. Trippy.

Hello all,
thanks for any videos and tips. I wanted to ask, ver.3 is not up yet right? I cannot find it anywhere. Thank you.

Izuna, did you submit to CC cause you care about Gootecks? ;3

I’m very happy for this guide!
Great work Izuna!

Hey Izuna and guys,
I saw the Ibuki Player Guide get mentioned on Cross Counter tonight.
Here’s the link to it!

http://ibuki.crosscounter.tv/

The fuck. I have to give them my email address?

In case you don’t want to subscribe to that Cross Counter shit and get spammed to death, you can use this service to use a temporary, randomly generated email address: http://www.guerrillamail.com

Presented by Cross Counter my ass. Wtf did they do to help with the guide? Kind of reminds me of the middle-man in the entertainment industry (ie: RIAA and MPAA) who don’t really do shit but collect all the monies.

I was kind of worried about this when Izuna said that he sent it to Cross Counter. I mean I’m sure it helps spread awareness, but at the cost of them being able to put their name on it? Kind of a shitty deal.

I’m also a bit sad that this webpage doesn’t even mention Izuna. Reading this, I’d think that Cross Counter actually wrote this guide.

They should at least name him, thank him, and also write “Cross Counter presents the Ibuki guide, brought to you by Izuna”.

CC can go diaf, so here’s a direct link, straight from the CC website because their authentication and security method is pathethic: http://media2.crosscountertv.netdna-cdn.com/ibuki/ibuki_player_guide_rev3.pdf

I had quit playing before I went to Japan, but after going everywhere but the Arcades, my mate insisted. I tried to make AE look hype by saying how good the particular people were, which made me look like a C&%K as I left with a 13 win-streak because I realised how boring it was to her.

¥100 for 2-credits is all I payed, and I felt like I wasted time. I really appreciate you guys letting me teach you, and all the fun exchanges we had (especially with Mongo), but Rev. 3 was always meant to be my legacy.

I am sorry I forgot to put a Special Thanks section in the book so I’ll do it here:

  • Denzel “FoRE GoD” for being my first online SF mate who stayed with me to the end <3.
  • littlesushi for basically being the main person you should actually listen to on these boards.
  • And everyone who sent me private messages on SRK, facebook, Skype, twitter, and Windows Live Messenger to ask me questions. All of my ideas arise from your questions, and are the only reason why I could even create a book.

As a final gift, click here to see Rev. 0
Rev. 0 is what the book was like when I first showed it to Mongo, and he encouraged me to improve the project better by calling it:

Spoiler

shit.

I don’t recall ever seeing Rev 0 and/or saying that, but if I did, I would agree with myself.

How would you make money off people’s emails? Why not just set up a donation fund or something? (which I think you already did at the end of the guide for the aid for japan thing)

No it wasn’t directly about money, but in case you don’t frequently check SRK you would have known about an upcoming guide or something. I don’t think it’s fair to say CC didn’t do anything. The fact is that Rev. 3 was originally a content update, but because of the CC logo, I brought on skilled people to help me with the redesign and especially the proofreading.

I’d rather not be mentioned, they’re not being pricks, it was my idea as it should make the presentation better if CC made it not an x named srk player.

I just got download PDF of rev.3 guide! i am very grateful for all the information into one tight package. thank you izuna and everyone! ( ̄ー ̄)!

What’s with all that gobledybook in the beginning? Glad to hear you’re doing pretty well in Japan. And is it safe to assume that Mongo = Mingo?

I guess. Although if you wanted this to be your legacy, it SHOULD have your name on it. It’s a matter of intellectual property, and they shouldn’t have the guts to put their name on it without a strong mention of its original author…i.e. you. It just seems like they’re taking credit for doing an extremely small portion of the work. But anyways, thanks for the guide, it’s helping us all out, and I hope you do well in your future endeavors.

愛してる Izuna
I can almost read that cause I’m learning Hiragana lol. Also, I’m gonna check out the guide now :stuck_out_tongue:

Also, I remember there was a time where cr.mk was considered useless. :stuck_out_tongue: I always used it anyways!
