This portrait is of Teresa, the final boss in Ibara, a vertical shooter from Cave. It took about six hours in Painter IX using the Oils brushes and Oily Blender.

cool pic. I have no idea who the character is though.
My main crit would be that her lower torso is too long, making her seem stretched out. ref some pix of women in the classic garter-belt & stockings combination – there isn’t much of a gap between the pantyline and the garter belt, unless it’s a really teeny tiny panty. Also the dimple on her skin under the centre of the garter belt shouldn’t normally be there.
