That’s agreed right there. Sometimes I find myself with the life lead and trying to find a spot to sport my shades more or less safely. Not exactly the smartest thing to do when you take your mind off the match like that. What I love doing is popping on the shades after they wiff an Ultra or just got air thrown.
But to answer the first question, nah. I’d rather win the match. But that doesn’t mean I’m not looking to sport the aviators at any moment. puts on shades
I find myself putting them on in the third round, usually when I have sussed out the other persons and have a gigantic lead; as if to say, “We’re all done here, I am just going to save some precious time for the trip home by putting on my shades now.”
alternately, I put them on when I am getting waxed; as if to say, “I am only here to kick some ass and wear some sunglasses, and the shades are taken care of”

In all seriousness, I don’t usually put on shades unless I’m playing casuals with friends. But if people start getting cocky and taunt, the shades are ON.

With the shades on, you never lose, even when you do.
Love being cocky and sticking the shades on, if my opponent ever gets dizzy FA then as they fall you stick the shades on.
This. I love it when noobs taunt right before I own the shit out of them. Theres little worst than being hit out of a taunt.
Oddly, I don’t even consider the sunglasses a true taunt. Just states, Guile = bad ass with the shades on.
Shades ftw. Oddly enough I ran into an Adon today that every time he’d get at about 1/8th health he would just taunt until I killed him? I was also near full life both rounds too, but still. :karate:
