I update my Street Fighter IV and now I have a deutsch message when I start the game?

Hi, I update my SFIV on Xbox live and now I have a deutsch message when I start it… I don’t know what it is and what to answer yes or no???

You have to answer yes. I am German and it showed me a French message. Seems to be buggy.
