So… from the picture, assuming it actually means something, it’s to say that there’s another game coming out affiliated with Street Fighter characters, and it’s for the 360 and PS3.

aw damnit. What I was seeing as the colar is the reflection of the chair Ono was sitting in when he took the picture.

But now I’m not convinced anymore. That inkblot thing is a separate windows in front of the PDF he’s reading. It should be completely unrelated AFAICT. The hair and neck part looks to be a separate window as well. So, meh, no idea.
