First off fuck this game on the psn. For real man, fuck this game. I have many problems with this game so let me go down the line. First off its laggy. Not like hyper sf on xbox lag but a different one. The kind where its playable but just manages to fuck with your game to a point where your losing to people who you should not be losing to. For real the lag in this game makes really scrubby ass players believe they are better than they actually are.
My next problem with this game is akuma. Fuck that dude. hes broke as fuck. How you gonna have an invincible dragon punch, the fuck kinda shit is that? This too makes really scrubby ass players think they are better than they actually are. And when you put those two together…:wasted:. lag+akuma = me yelling at my fucking screen.
For example I was playing this dude named nitro_usa, now if he is posts on srk then no offense dude but you aint that good. Now I was playing this dude and from the first match I can spot that he aint that good and so I mess him up the first match with deejay. I switch characters to make it interesting so he beats me like twice and I pick t hawk, gief and bison and i continue to whoop him up again he picks akuma and I beat him with bison. he picks him again and the lag starts to become worse and worse. as the games progresses the shit starts to get laggy. By the end of the session, my score was 8 to like 12 or something maybe more. Now this dude is not fucking good at all. Not at all. If I recorded the matches id show you why he aint good. For real man why the fuck would you do two shoryu’s in a row when im not even that close to you, why would you do that shit. :annoy: but i couldnt do much about it cause he was using akuma and it was laggy. And on top of that the first gen six axis sucks so much ass (im using it by the way) how bad you wonder? I cant even do the stomp move with bison. But this whole time im playing him, im yelling at my tv and punching pillows and shit. My stress level is through the roof. And what i think is the worst part is that he thinks hes fucking good but hes really not, not at all. Too bad i dont have a teleporter so i can teleport to where people are and punch them in the face. For real this game is gonna get someone punched:wasted:
My only problem with HDR is the random or frequent connection issues. As far as the lag goes, it only lags for a brief moment before each round most of the time.
so a person is noob if you see them do two shoryuken’s far away from you? lol nice logic. i do double and triple shoryus at safe distance all the time to build meter lol.
He wasnt at a safe distance and thats not the only thing he was doing that was noob, which I implied, but I dont think you got that… Yes, two shoryu’s in a row from an unsafe distance is some noob shit. But clearly you do not know what I’m trying to say.
My only problem with HDR is lag + tick throws. The best tick throws in the game leave the defender with one frame of advantage on block, but any miniscule bit of lag is going to eat that up. I can have a character with four throw buttons like Ryu and still eat tick throws well over half the time.
That and even if you time the counter throw on the same frame as the attacker, it’s a toss up who wins. I wish Sirlin had just removed all the randomness from Remix.
I’ve only had that happen to me maybe three or four times. One time for a ranked match, I got a black screen with no music or lifebars, just sound effects.
They both suck. I own them both. Have over 1,200 matches on both console. Both lag, have glitches, have bugs, and disconnect often. Buy whichever console has your preferred controller or friends on the network. Either the way online this game is garbage. :lame:
