it’s been more than a week since you indicated when you’d ship the product.

what’s going on here?

Even though my dad made the pre-order on july 18th n the site said july 17th is the last day for they would b taking pre-orders we still got the confirmation cuz they charged our card so is udon scamming me or has it just not yet shipped out it’s products?

Has anyone else ordered and gotten there sf ultiamte signed edtion yet?

Noone has got them yet. If you look at the other topic, you’ll have read that the items got held up in customs. You will ge them, though. Just not for a short while.

What I’m more confused with is the fact that they’re pre-ordered. Therefore, why would you take them to Comic-con if a number of books have already been pre-purchased? Shouldn’t they have stayed behind or something? Same goes for all pre-orders that were made. I find it strange for pre-orders to have gone to the comic-con. That just means you could have sold people’s rightful items without telling them.

The first shipment is going out this weekend. We are packing them all up. There is an unexpected customs delay and thus we never get our San Diego shipment back until this past week. The books are now all signed by the following -

Ken Siu Chong, Alvin Lee, Omar Dogan, Christine Choi, Rob Ross, and myself.

Hope you will all enjoy your books when they arrived.

Will those of us who ordered Alvin Lee Portfolios and Omar Dogan prints be getting those alongside our books?

the book will be shipped seperatly coz of its weight and size difference to the prints and portfolios. And the other orders are also in the process of being sort out and packed and shipped for this coming week.

Thank you very much for your patience. It is just that unexpected customs hold up (probably becoz of higher security across the border recently) that we cannot do anything to speed them up.

I ordered 2 books, both prints, Akuma poster and the portfolio. So would that be three seperate shipments?

Please don’t ever forget that it’s YOU who’s doing an amazing service for us, Chief! Most companies could care less if non-attendees could get the items they want, but you went to a LOT of trouble and went way out of your way for us!

There’s very few companies as good to their fans as you are, and that’s why I love your company and buy a copy of every issue with every cover to support you!

Who deliverred it? UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEX?

I’m not really sure since it gets sent to my job and the people in front of the building sign for it so I don’t know, I don’t get to see where the employees are from, UPS or other. On the packages it reads “Canada Post” and is marked for Air Mail if that helps some what.

I’ve received the Alvin Lee port folio 1 and 2 last week (tuesday i think). Waiting on the Ultimate Edition to arrive.

Has the next shipment went out yet? I ordered mine and it’s been about 15 days now…just wondering cause 80$ and 20$ shipping is kinda a lot and not knowing if I even got one.

The weird thing is I was told my order was being sent over 2 parcels and the port folios I received were sent on the 28th of August (recieved 5th Sept), but no Ultimate Edition yet. Cross fingers it comes tomorrow.

Got Street Fighter TPB. Vol1 in 6 DAYS! Ain’t THAT AMAZING? THANKS ALOT CLUB UDON :wgrin: , but the book didnt seem so new tough :rolleyes:
