I need the SF ANV STICK Template

Ok I’ll try to throw something together this evening for you. I have 2 questions: American layout or japanese; and I know the stick is 3" from the left edge, how far from the top edge?

American layout. Its 5" from the top and 5" from the bottom so its dead centered.

I think I have everything setup ok. Im just unsure of the circle height and width. And the guides nearest the sides is the wood underneateh the top panel.
