I have recently gotten into fighting games and I’m looking into getting a stick. I’m getting a Hori UMVC3 fight stick. It uses authentic sanwa parts and every review I’ve read has been good. I’m getting a used one. Is this a good route to go?
I don’t own one, but I too have heard they are reliable sticks to own.
Unmodded, they only work on Ps3 OR Xbox360 though, so you won’t be able to play games on your “next-gen” console unless they support older arcade sticks.
If you’re okay with that, it’s not a bad choice.
I only own a PS3 so I’m fine with that. The seller sent me photos and it’s relatively new.
Even if you get a PS4 MKX and SF5 have “legacy controller” support so you can use it with those popular games. Go for it bro…
