A e-league wants to pick SF4 up soon and we need your guys help to make a rule set for SF4

sigh. Just look at the rule sets for major tourneys.

Final Round.

Basically SF4 the only contentious things right now are banning seth and gouken.

Seth doesn’t seem too broke, he’s too weak. Gouken we’ll see.

Well generally any odd numbered combo is banned.

In the US this depends on the day of the month, say if the date is a prime number than all combos are banned.
