Well, I’m old (32) but when I get pulled over for DWBs I just act annoyed. The police are trained to read people. If you act nervous or afraid they’ll notice and use it against you. The last time I got pulled over I was making fun of the cop, asking him if he needed a blood or semen sample. When he asked if I had any weapons in the car I told him I had no knives, guns, bombs, rocket launchers, ect. He got pissed and searched the car by hand then again with a k-9 unit but what could he do? I hadn’t done anything wrong and my papers were legit. I just sat on the hood of his car making small talk with his partner. I got a written warning (some bullshit about being partially in the wrong lane) and was sent on my way. In all honesty I was scared shitless but I kept my cool and most bullies won’t bully you if you aren’t afraid.
Be careful. I’ve had family members have shit planted on them before. If you don’t record it’s stupid easy for this to happen. :tup:
The last time I got pulled over in the US I used my diplomatic immunity to shit all over his car, including the driver’s seat and waited until he sat on my shit and drove away while I was laughing and spitting on his face.

I just want you guys to know that if I were a cop? I wouldn’t hassle black people for no good reason.

As a black guy with a white girl in a car with you, you’re lucky they didn’t pull up five squad cars and haul your ass to jail. Did they ask her if she was okay? I know that type of thing happens, I’ve heard about it and read it a few times, kind of funny to me actually.
If you get pulled over just play stupid, and ask for permission for everything.
“My license is in my wallet, can I get it?”
“I have no idea why you pulled me over officer.”
“Oh really? I have no idea what speed I was going.”
“Oh I was just coming home from work…I’m in customer service.”
“Wow I can’t believe that. Could you give me a warning?”
I’ve actually said all this stuff, but I rarely drive these days and haven’t been pulled over in years. I’m not sure how much of it works if you’re black. If you’re a white chick you can probably curse out the officer and nothing will happen though.

I see a lot of misguidance in this thread. The cops don’t need probable cause to shine a flashlight through the window. Anything in plain view is fair game. You are entitled to a trial. You can do a bench trial, which is a trial where a judge determines your guilt or innocence. Depending on how you come off in court affects whether this is a good idea or not for you. Being well dressed and articulate can get you an acquittal. The burden is on the government to prove the offense. Use that to your advantage. You don’t have to prove anything . . . unless you get some hillbilly judge that hates you because you’re black. Then you’re screwed.
Lawyer up right now. That ticket was bullshit and should not be tolerated. That cop should be shot in the fucking face, though to be fair, I feel that way about all police.
