I have a hori rapv silent and I decided to swap out the silent lever to a sanwa jlf

The hori silent pcb has a six pin harness because the silent optical lever also has 6 pins while jlf only has 5, It works fine but 1 pin isnt connected to anything, I was wondering if that’s ok or like is it damaging the pcb by not connecting it to anything?

It’s fine.
If the lever works, the leftover one is the Vcc line, which is not used in a traditional non-optical lever.
