I Got Next | A Documentary on the Fighting Game Scene

Some guys, are playing HD Remix right now, on Ufrag.tv, with the mic on, the shit is funny.

PS: Don’t expect any PRO level gameplay.

How long is this supposed to be? And does it stream in HD? That would be hott.

So where can I get the torrent after the stream? I might not be able to watch the stream.

Please, for the LOVE OF GOD offer SOME alternative to a torrent.

ill second that, im not a huge fan of torrents

What? What?

I refuse to run any torrent software on any of my systems, M$ or Linux.

way to keep it free and out there open for the public, unlike Bang the Machine, this is the way it should be done!

any idea why it just sits on buffering for me? i cant see anything (ff3.0 fyi)

Why?

and the oscar for best docudrama goes to:

Security issues, plus there is nothing that I need that is available only via torrents.

((This would be the exception to that if there is no other way to download it)).

Security issues? How so?

well im sure someone could download it and just send it to you, if it really came down to it. id help you out with that one but youre in IL and the speed might be low :frowning:
maybe someone on that coast can help

I’ll upload it to megaupload or something after it becomes available. Unless someone does it first.

It’s not like ur downloading a 500 MB program just to download the documental, Utorrent for example, the size of the program is just 5 MB, and it doesn’t have any viruses…it’s 100% safe, http://www.utorrent.com/ .

Awesome, you are my hero.

Yea soon as someone finds the torrent file, post it! Im gunna be at work wishing I could watch it live, but I have these stupid things called responsibilities.

I have not really researched this lately, but in the early days, torrents had a lot of potential to expose ports and such in ways that could be exploited by even amateur hackers.

Combine that with the fact that I never need to torrent and I would just as soon stay far away.

However if people are going to rehost this somewhere else, then its all good.

If not, I would just install a torrent client on a isolated VM and destroy the VM afterward.

It’s the first I’ve heard of it. You’d think such an issue, if it was a serious problem, would be widely known by now considering the extreme amount of people using torrents.

As a networking major I know a lot about torrents, so I was just curious as to his conclusion on why. It’s completely legitimate, as you do have to open ports to use BT effectively. However it’s the same with any type of program which requires open ports like an online game. The range of ports are very very wide, the chances of someone pulling off a port scan and finding your single vulnarble port would mean you didn’t have much secuirty to begin with.

The fact of the matter is, out of any P2P protocol, BT is by far the safest and most anonymous (though that’s not saying much) when compaired to other programs and protocols.

But enough of that, what’s important is we get to see this tonight!
