What happened to Kore is reminiscent of the first few seasons. The writing was way more brutal back then towards women, like how Melitta’s slave friend tried to escape after becoming a Roman DP practice whore, then eventually caught and executed. They tried to make it seem like certain characters would get happy endings, and then pull the “oh shit” on you.
But other than that, not particularly shocked by anything. This was the last ep so you knew there was gonna be a lot of bodies. Ending credits with Andy was incredible. Hopefully it hits Youtube.
I’m happy for these two sad on Gannicus. Love Andy at the end credits fake Spartacus was great this season. Caesar went bitch mode not sure I can root for him in his spinoff. At least he killed off crazy eye bitch! Greatest show ever hopefully the complete bluray boxset will be awesome. Like Jupiter’s cock as bookends for the discs.

I got all misty eyed this episode, I wish Gannicus survived. Great series, looking forward to getting the whole series on Blu-ray
that was a sick series finale. sucked to see gannicus go but it was pretty awesome they way they did it. the ending credits were pretty awesome. hopefully it is released without all the credits in front of it. shout outs to batiatus, ashur, old AND new spartacus, gannicus, and all the titties across all seasons. this show will be missed.

You and I both. All previous seasons were on sale during Black Friday that past few years. At 20$ each, you can’t go wrong for the blu rays. I’ve no doubts season 3 will result in the same. This show will be missed by All. The ending credits commemorating Andy got to me, shed manly tears.
Oh shit, the final spartacus is out. I am only up to the second to last one. Tiberius was bitch made but he was great when he was like “YO, SLAVE PIECE, GIVE ME BACK MY SWORD”

Caesar spinoff would suck, now that I think about it.
IRL, him Crassus and Pompey formed a political union. Crassus got killed by enemies, Caesar went after Pompey for supreme power. Then of course, Caesar was assassinated later in life. It would be a focus on Roman politics, and Caesar was the only interesting one.
I read somewhere from a producer of the show about a spinoff involving Agron and Nasir. Makes sense. It could be another mini-series like Gods of the Arena, to see what happens to the slaves afterwards.
they didn’t make him likeable enough and they didn’t develop his character at all…he’s still the same Caesar from the beginning…If he started to see the rebels as equals and not as slaves at the end then he would have an ounce of likability that they can build a show around probably
