does anyoe know the regular notation to this ?
It’s a rhythm thing or at least for me it is. Kind of like Honda’s HHS.
Just doing it over and over and it become second nature. All muscle memory from there.
ok guys the zero BnB combon is really hard on one point plz need help. Ive tested the combo on different chars and after the first S
i noticed if you do j.M,j.M,release charge, and then delay srk.L you get into a better position and the air combo hits more often.
The problem is that after when you land and do the S/Launch and jump after i either go under them or i come to high up in the air when im trying to do the J.M,J.M,J.H,S rekkoha any tips or what am i doing wrong?
It’s character specific for the most part. Some characters you need to reduce the number of hits in the combo (so cancel :h: into :f::h: after the first hit or replace :h: with :d::h: and cancel :f::h: into launcher after the first hit). Sometimes you need to slightly delay the :s: after Raikousen to make sure the opponent is positioned closer to the edge of the screen and you dont jump under them (this makes the biggest difference in my experience). On some characters (Sentinel, possibly others) after the second :s: you can jump straight up instead of forward.
Practice practice practice.
Also this is driving me nuts - ‘Mavericks’ is spelled wrong in the thread title.
Zero 100% combo discovered by me!

can only be done in the corner and can kill any character if nailed correctly, I think its a good way to get rid of senty.
sorry but you are about week late and destin discovered this combo…looks like you just took his d-loop and made your own version of it.

WTF?!?! I just figured this out now in training mode, oh well
Regardless this didn’t need it’s own thread. We have a combo thread.
can i please get the notation for trags d loop
ugh, i wish people stop posting 100% KFC + lvl3 combos
anyone can do that but if you can do it without KFC then ill be impressed
If you are going to raw sougenmu into combo, just do loops of 5S into 236C like 3 times. Then a double B into 236C, then a double B into release, then 236C 236PP. That will be like 950 or something silly.
I already posted a 100% combo that takes one meter and hits from anywhere and uses XFC mid combo for hit detection that kills any character. In fact, if you can use assists (literally any assists), my combo works with no super, just XFC mid combo. This was all posted in my thread.
This.
No shit you can 100% with like 8 meter and over 9000% extra damage on your attacks
Corner combo for those using Zero with Dormammu:
j.:s:, cr.:l:, cr., st.:h:, :f::h:(Shippuga), st.:s:, j.
, j.
, j.:h:, j:s:, :a1: (Dark Hole), j.:qcf::h:(Sentsuizan), st.:s:, j.
, j.
, j.:h:, j.:s:, :qcf::atk::atk: (Rekouha), DHC :qcb::atk::atk: (Stalking Flare).
You can substitute the DHC into Stalking Flare for X-Factor Rekouha or if you have meter, Sentsuizan xx Genmu Zero.
A corner variant of my BnB I’ve been using. It doesn’t need to start in the corner, it just needs to end there, so I use this when I’m not close enough to the corner at the start to use the D-loop. This combo uses button-switching-charge so I’m not going to include charge notation since everyone probably has their own way of button-switching they are comfortable with.
:l:, :d:, :d::h:, :f::h:, :l:,
, :h:, :f::h:, :l:,
, :h:, :f::h:, :s:, jump, j.
, j.
, Release level 3 Buster, j.:dp::l:, :s:, jump, j.
, j.
, j.:h:, j.:s:, Call Dante Jam Session, jump, j.:qcf::h:, :s:, jump, Release level 3 Buster, j.:qcf::h:, :qcf::atk::atk:
738,300 - 762,300 damage. No X-Factor. Builds 1.9-2.0 meter. Costs 1 meter.
To explain the end of that: After the j.:s: call Dante Jam Session and then TK Sentsuizan to OTG them into the Jam Session, then do :s: near the end of Jam Session, immediately jump and release level 3 Buster as soon as your jump is above them, then Sentsuizan again into Rekkoha.
If you X-factor cancel, can you make them eat a second tower super instead of the level 3? the damage you’ve done at this point is so high that using the level 3 would be such a waste, but plowing them with a second one of the same super at the end doesn’t feel like one to me. Also, would both supers hit fully? I’ve found that when DHCing, the original super tends to complete fully even if the person who started the mess isn’t on screen anymore.
Example: ending an air combo with Zero in the tower means that you can DHC out to Amaterasu’s mist, then linking the mist because of the tower’s hitstun with the elements super. This is a wasted example, so I’ll use another…
Example 2: You can DHC into Dormammu’s floating bomb or Chaotic Flame using this technique.
On second thought, Why am I asking this? I can just fire up my X360.
You can DHC the moment zero’s fist hits the ground. You could for example, zero super, x factor, launch, dive kick, super again most likely, maybe even a combo in the “tower” as you call it.
This is a copy paste of the notation for Trag’s D-loop. My question is if it’s corner only. I’m assuming it is…
A raw find by Destin. Check this out!!! Big damage and raw style? Doesn’t get any better than that. Gonna take a bit of practice, but once you get better, it’s actually not very hard at all!
c.M-c.H-f+H(2) xx QCB+PP, S, sj (slight delay), air QCF+C, land, S, sj (slight delay), air QCF+C, land, S, sj.M xx QCF+C, land, S, sj.M-M xx QCF+C, land, S, sj.M-M xx Z-Buster, air QCF+C, QCF+PP
EDIT: This was created by Destin, not Trag. My apologies to Destin.
I hate you all.
lol Tell Trag to rename it Destin’s loop.
Here’s a video showing this combo I posted:
