It’s the nerf to his mobility/ zoning that’s killing me tbh. I can handle the slight nerf to combos but god damn is getting in significantly harder now against the zoners/ keepaway chars. Hell, anyone with armour

What Darkhadou said - it’s not the damage (though that sucks), it’s getting in. We can’t airdash for free anymore :frowning:

Also you guys use his air dash low to the ground? Try command dashing instead, there’s no draw back to it over air dash now.

Yeah the not killing someone off of one touch is kinda shocking to me, lol. Big characters intimidate me.Especially Nemesis. He still has lightning loop though. :slight_smile: I never really bothered to get it down but I might do it now.

Yeah please do share, as far as command dashing even forgetting about how easy you can get blown up if you don’t have buster or if you do and have no means to follow up it’s just not as strong as air dashing was (not to mention air dashing plus command dash.)

If someone knows how to kill with UMVC3 Zero midscreen, I’m all ears.

Zero’s new loop is so stupid and easy. God damn. lol

BTH I don’t think there really is much increased hit stun. The old combos work just fine even ones with tight hit stun windows. I think the big thing is that Lighting A no longer ignores hit stuns scaling, because of this lots of combos involving lighting now end up getting screwed up.

You don’t need them anymore though so not like it matters.

This would’ve probably did 700k meterless and built 2 meters but there’s something interesting. At the end I had my buster charged and ready for another OTG Setsuizan into buster cancel but this time Iron Fist (my dummy this time) dropped just after the Setsuizan hit. Good to know that’s not assured every time.

Full steb combo still works with Chun-Li legs assist as long as you OTG with M Sentsuizan.

Playef a bit after class but mostly new charsctcters

Lite STEB ender still works with Ryu tatsu but timing is much tighter now. Haven’t figured out a good bnb to use yet. I’m using ground combo ryuenjin buster into whatever and it gets me a measly 660k 1 meter without assist. This hit stun decay frustrates me so much

Zero/Dante still does really good damage. Seems like Zero is one of the few characters who didn’t get by the damage scaling nerf bat too hard… here’s something quick I found for the pair, no assists (other than Dante himself).

If anyone can help improve this variant I’d appreciate it. It feels like cramming in more j.Ms and H divekicks is the way to go now, since Zero’s untech time is so low you have to make the most of it while you can.

add to that dhc into spiral swords :h: xx srk :m:> srk :m:> srk :m:> high time > dimension slash and you get a nice ToD on all the cast

Will compare the damage when I get from school. I also wanted to compare Vergil’s, Dante’s, and PW’s damage after Rekkouha DHC.

Found this interesting, at the end of any combo call Sentinel Drones then OTG Sentsuizan into Buster and Rekkouha is possible afterward

The new Drones speed up along with the cancel makes them fall right into all three of the Drones. I haven’t really played around with options afterwards but mixups should be juicy

Man Zero is weaksauce in this game, he can’t get any kinds of decent damage without two dedicated assists. Still gotta get used to him

I just got 664600 on a meterless, assistless combo with zero using a damn weird buster cancel loop…

it’s probably possible to make that combo even longer… but you can just Level 3 for a full 1 million damage solo with zero… pretty good, huh?

Yeah I got one that uses a lot of Buster cancels too, still working out the kinks though before posting.
