Awesome Hulk Sinister, I liked all that Hulk pressure. You used gamma charge 2nd H (anti air) a few times, is that safe on block? I don’t see players use it at all but it seems good for hulk’s pressure game
Guide says +5 on block, I use it all the time to set up command throw/air throw.
Good fights, Sin. Especially against Jo, I learned a few things but I’m pretty much doing the same stuff with Dorm/Hulk. 900k from a high/low for 1 bar, yes please.
I don’t see the hi/lo mixup there. Are you talking about Dorm Dark Hole assist + Hulk cr.L/j.H? A j.H isn’t fast at all, so it’s easily reacted to.
A far better mixup is any low-hitting assist + j.H.

Astaroth: Yea at that one point i did say DAMN when i didnt follow thru with the combo.
SureFire: I like to keep hulk out as long as possible. He has a decent health pool and with how i play most people have to use all their resources possible to get rid of him. So if Hulk gets taken out the rest of squad is good to go with meter to burn.
I got some other gimmicks i’m messin around with as well.

These were GREAT matches to watch - great great great to see - I hope we get more good hulk’s posting videos. I’m picking him up as an alternate on my team to Thor so expect me to post some videos - how good they will be remains to be seen 
I agree, Gimpy. All of those vids were impressive Hulk play. Sinister and I play similarly.
I placed second last month in a tournament with my Hulk team, but sadly the videos were never uploaded. This Saturday, I’m going to a tournament so hopefully those vids will be uploaded.

Hulk DHC reset/ possible dhc glitch ? I know in the first vid its a reset because the combo meter resets but in the 2nd vid it appears to continue although the damage resets? I know trag says to do it before the final hit so its prob a reset

Damn nice Sinister, wish I still lived in Miami to play with Peter and Hunter although if memory serves doesn’t Hunter live way out in or near PBC or did he move? Thats the same team I’ve been using but I’ve been thinking of switching to Ironman instead of Taskmaster. Definitely gonna study those matches of you vs pete
The combo meter resets in the 2nd video as well. If you watch it, you’ll see “Cool” pop-up - Gamma Quake racks up a lot of hits really fast, which is why it looks like the number doesn’t reset back down to 0.

i dont know how well these show his hulk, but hopefully you can see some of it. his synergy with tron is absurd.
Sorry if I offend anyone here, but I didn’t see anything fascinating with Zerx’s Hulk. His DHC trick does massive damage, and he has his great corner combos down. But… that’s all I really saw.
He chose to j.M instead of j.S several times, where j.S would’ve crossed up and/or punished crouching opponents. He wasn’t good at hit-confirming. He used S on block several times, which should NEVER be done. He didn’t spam Akuma/Tron assist enough. He didn’t go for command grabs that would have worked. Lastly, he’s missing big midscreen damage by not having an otg assist.
His general skill could use some improving too. Random supers are never good (I fall victim to this with my Dorm). His defense needs a little work. He wasted XF a few times, and he missed opportunities by not XF’ing when hitting the last character.
It’s hard to critique his Hulk because his team solely revolves around a DHC trick. His Tron was pretty good though. Akuma was a strange fit to the team. It felt like he was just there for lv3 XF.

Gimpy - its clear Ironman and Captain America are your stronger characters at this point but you’re off to a good start. Biggest thing I noticed was that you didn’t use your assists enough and I don’t even know what Hulk assist you picked because I never once saw it used. All of Hulk’s assists are useful and I was watching thinking many times where’s the Hulk AA!? Likewise when playing as Hulk you gotta use Ironman assist way more to cover you. Same thing Astaroth said about random supers for Zerx goes for you too - stop doing Captain America’s charge into super without hit confirming it. Ironman looked solid if not a little trouble perhaps getting in, it looked like you rely on Captain America to get in and then TAC into Ironman for the kill.
And yeah I’m in agreement with Astaroth overall the caliber of play didn’t look that spectacular to make it to the Loser’s finals. Do you know how many people entered the tournament?

- Dont do s.H replace it with M and if you do s.H cancel is with a AA gama charge or try to cover it with an assist…other wise your asking to get raped
- Use assists more
- Learn a stronger hulk bnb
- Command grab is your friend
but then again…i suck so take that with a grain of salt
