Hugo combo

i’ve just checked that combo about the 3 claps+sa3, it just does more damage than a gigas! :sweat:
however you must catch enemy crouching, or MP clap will not combo into the LP one (HP into MP its very strict on standing character, but works). i don’t know if the 3 claps can be comboed into a standing guy, but with information about frame datas, i guess it can be done, look at this:

GPB LP- Start: 17 Hit:2 Recov: 9 HitAdv: +13 CrouchHitAdv: +15
GPB MP- Start: 19 Hit:2 Recov: 7 HitAdv: +18 CrouchHitAdv: +20
GPB HP- Start: 22 Hit:2 Recov: 6 HitAdv: +21 CrouchHitAdv: +23

You “need” 17 frames to start the LP clap, and you have +18 when you land a MP clap, however I’ve tried it like 50 times and MP just don’t combo into LP…

i was playing again with that combo, and after the 3 claps + sa3, akuma and remy get stunned, you can do a 100% combo in Akuma with another sa3 stocked, just doing HP clap + sa3 after the dizzy, or you can completely deplete his health bar if you do HP clap, MP clap then standing MP, he still gets up, but with zero health.

and for Remy, 3claps+sa3, then 2 claps (hp and mp) and another sa3 doesn’t kill him, but you’re a sweep away to win the round :sweat:

Ah, the weak become weaker now if I could only close in and pull off the damn combo, I’d be set.

The 3 claps combo(on a standing opponent) works only on sean. :lame:

As for the clap combo on gouki/akuma, be very careful when attempting this, as most decent/good players will not fall for this easily.
Stick to Backbreakers and Lariats when they are in the air and punish close range (blocked or parried)hurricane kicks with a somersault press.

It might be a chun only thing, but I recall doing it to another character as well.
