R3ko, i think there’s something wrong with WinKawaks 1.57. Whenever I clicked on “Start Netplay”, the program always closes. Weird…
Works fine for me and a bunch of people i’ve played using kawaks1.57 Only thing i can think of is that it must be that bug, that instantly closes kawaks when kaillera starts searching for servers.
Solutions: Get a new Kaillera client, or press the stop button or join a server on your recent serverlist as soon as the kaillera window comes up.
Razoola stopped posting XOR’s on his site because Activision thought he had their version of “Alien vs Predator” for download, when of course all he had was the XOR’s for the CPS2 version. ID even did the same thing to Mame, because it emulated a game called “Quake” that, aside from the name, had nothing in common with ID’s 1st person shooter.
XOR’s are perfectly legal.

Hmm? Where is that figure coming from. What SF2 players are you referring to? You probably meant to say that 99% of ST players feel that ST is a better game than HSF2.
The general concensus seems to be that CE Bison pretty much ruins the game. Or at the very least, makes it look very very ugly.

Well people i play hsf2 with in the UK, thats where i get my that from vintage. Also seems like most of the players on here prefer ST too. And no i didn’t mean ST players. Most St players come from playing the earlier sf2.
I don’t want to turn this into a ST vs Hsf2, cause thats rubbish, as everyone got their own preference. And Yes HF is good Vintage, there i said it, happy?
Fair enough. Although it is not surprising that most players on ‘here’ prefer ST. SRK isn’t exactly a SF2 site. This site is for new skool fighters. There are only a handful of SF2 guys on this site (unfortunately). Most ST players probably got their first taste of competitive high level SF post SF2. Most of the players whose first exposure to competitive play was SF2 are gone for the most part.
Oh yea, SSF2 is better than HF imo btw

I prefer AE only reason being vairity of character choices, and of course the Famous CE Guile champed by Thomas and Tomo.
Vintage: Sups, yeah I missed out on the oldsckool comp rivrialy between nor cal and so cal back in 91-93 the Thomas Osaki and Tomo Ohira days. I never got to see them play at their prime, I played Thomas back in 2k2 just played at his rusty worst but hes still my hero for SF2 and it was an honor to play and Kick it with him:sad:
Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong? I have hsf2a.zip and hsf2ax.zip and I’ve tried with finalburn evo and kawaks 1.57. I’ve tried creating a zip with the contents from both, and didn’t have much luck. Any ideas?
When do the cheats cme out. Sick of training using “load state”
put the files from hsf2ax.zip into hsf2a.zip
