HRAP3 Text and Icons from stock art?

I’m looking for the button icons for a PS3 HRAP3, the kind that’s on the default art. Is there a template that has these included? What font does the default art have?

I’m also looking for a Hori logo. I basically want all of the text from the HRAP3 to be present on the new art so that it looks official.
