I now fully understand the challenges involved with trying to get a common ground stick to work with a non-common ground PCB.
Given what you said i will go with the non-common ground LS-32 on my HRAP EX. I’ve been taking a look at some videos on de-soldering and will get some quick-disconnects to make the plugging into the connectors on the LS-32 easier.
sorry for necroing such an old thread,but sorry to ask,is it ok to just fit the ls32 with flat plate without the ss plate? sorry for necroing this,really hope some one can help out a newcomer here.
But to answer your questions, yes you can get away with the flat plate for the LS-32 but you lose a bit of the joystick high, you are better off with the S Plate.
