I have browsed/searched these forums for hours and I have yet to find someone that has done/explained how to do a mod that I am interested in doing for my HRAP EX.
My idea is to drill holes on the top end of the plastic to move the start/select buttons off the top panel (like the te stick). What I want to know is if someone has tried it or if you think the plastic will crack or not. Also ideally I would like to move the guide button as well. The microphone jack is un-needed since I have a wireless mic. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time in advance.
Thats actually exactly what I am going for. I however am not a fan of how he handled the guide button panel. Also like I said I don’t need the microphone jack. If there was a way to just have the button or have the wiring to the guide button be converted to be on a sanwa button would be much better. Thank you for the quick reply.
I actually just took a Dremel tool to an HRAP EX case today, to make a few holes. It cuts through like butter; no cracking.
I recommend a Dremel if you can get your hands on one. Never tried a drill.
