Sorry man your a beast Brah !
Sign me up please!
Can we please for the love of god move this tourny to earlier in the day? We know 60% of people(provided by statscandada) will be coming late anyways, might as well have that happen earlier in the day as opposed to later.
Yo lemme join the ae underdogs. I might be the worst
Come on Alex, what you mean I’m a beast? I’m the definition of an underdog, I never go to any tournaments or win, didn’t the front page say looking for hidden talent? Lol, I’m pretty much known by no body besides a few =\
im going through the list now. You have my vote for being in but i gotta get a hold of the other judges. Check back tonight everyone.
you did better than me in our toryuken pool, you’re too good for an underdog tourney like this…
(not a judge but just my opinion)
everyone but C Royd and PSN Kill Dem All is cleared for the tournament. Sorry but the two of you do not fit the criteria set forth by the judges.
youre good to go nick
I’m curious but What I don’t understand is what exactly I’ve done not to?
At toryuken whose to say I wasn’t lucky with my brackets & if anything Tactix has a better resume than me and Jimmy himself who entered the last one does also.
I’ve done nothing but practice and work hard to get good and I’ve done nothing ‘in tournament’ to be considered good? I may be good in casuals but tournament you all know the circumstances are different.
I’m just trying to appeal what’s wrong with me practicing to become good outside the scene that has not made me a ‘underdog’?
Let fisticuffz in
it has nothing to do with toryuken. The consensus from those involved in the discussion was that since you placed 2nd at a recent tournament it removed you from being eligible. Ill ask again but two judges already said no.
You said it yourself, all youve done is practice and train to get good, now you are being told you are too good to enter a tournament and you have a problem with it? Sounds slightly counter-intuitive
and you are?
Joe Singh
I understand that you say it’s based on the opinion of the judges but I want to know why they think I’m too good? Because I placed second in a tournament with less than 20 people? Jimmy had won and been top 3 in numerous and as I said tactix himself had done much more in many other tournaments, his resume stands out easily and is better than I, in tournament so I don’t see why he’s allowed in and I am not.
The reason I said I’m good is because I’ve practiced as an underdog on my own just as a few beasts here have, the only difference is that your letting slide in to the tournament because they aren’t related to Mosh? I’ve done nothing to not be in…
As I read when I first entered this thread…
“Battle of the Underdogs will showcase some of the best hidden AE talents the city has to offer and encourage new comers to step up and
participate in our local tournament scene.”
Am I not a unknown hidden talent? I believe so, besides Alex & Blitzman no one knows me, im just that guy who came out of the same womb as mosh, correct?
Another thing is the definition of the “underdog”.
- A person who has little status in society
I mean, I’m not saying no one knows me, some do, but I’m no Blitzman, Eric Hai or Chaos2D, I’m just Mosh’s brother and accomplished 0 in anyone’s eyes to not be considered a underdog.
Dude you just wrote an essay on why you think you’re shit. I want you to think about that for a minute.
exactly…shhhhhhhhhhh
Scott you better watch what you say man. I`ve heard legends of Joe Singh. Some say he was the best Street Fighter 1 player the GTA ever saw. Some say he was the Tomo Ohira before Tomo Ohira.
ROFL
When a player categorized blitzman and ehai together he should definitely be allowed in the underdog tournament.
PS. why is Scott a judge instead of an underdog?
Let me in ae
