How you hit after the bell?

I have been googlein’ this thing for the last couple days but can not find an answer to this simple question. Often after a fight people can break out of the win animation and hit you with anothe super or whatnot… how is this done? Is there specific timing when you have to enter a button command?

Certain win poses won’t let you cancel out of them. You also can’t do do it if you win the match with a helper onscreen.
