How would you rate the Arcade Fighting Stick 3 Hori Joystick?

Any pros and cons from people that used the stick for games like SF4?

7 out of 10. Works great, but has generic Hori buttons that eventually stick around 3 months. Also the R1 and R2 placement is awkward.
