and I cannot use the special skill from KYO Wu Baier Found 4 Shikigami dust
the MAX2 skill

You need to be in BC mode, have a spare power stock, have less than 20% life left. Then do hcb, hcb+AC. It’s a throw so you need to be next to the opponent.
