How to do 720s on a stick and pad in usf4? Way different from Daimon in kof grapples

In kof13 Daimon can stand and do the ultra grab cuz the half circle rotation but hugo in ultra has full circles, how to consistently get standing 720’s or is it just better to just jump or taunt? This is kinda why I always use ultra 2, 24/7 365 days a week lol.
If possible, no shortcut ways either. Now if capcom made that intentional then I guess that’s where the question stops lol.

Guy has this, ibuki has Daimon’s super motion too so…wtf, why do zangief and hugo have full circles? Is it supposed to be a telegraphed/buffer only ultra?

Most people mask the inputs of the ultra with other buttons, jumps, or dashes. there’s only a few people in the world who do standing 720’s, and they’re all pros. The trick to doing 360s is that you only need a 270 motion to get the SPD out.
