Rick, I am probably never going to run another house tournament at Preppy’s, so you really don’t have to worry about me. I will be helping by running HDR at Northwest Majors if you plan on attending. Like I’ve already said I am sorry you weren’t happy with the way I ran the tournament that time. But that’s in the past to me so if you enter another one of my tournies I won’t hold any grudges.

only YOU can prevent internet fires. It just seems that once the subject is brought up there’s a slap fight between you and rick for a good 4 or 5 posts. But seriously this thread was meant to be a sort of guide to the new people of our scene, and it’s turned into a tit for tat battle for more than half of it (the other 25% is random nonsense, and 1% of that is rufus win quotes). I think it would just be best to start fresh to death, and forget this ever happened.

I am down for a #8 retirement match…no wait I am not, because #8 is just too clean a color and I refuse to not use it ever. 
The best way to be new to the scene is to come in with a hot chick. Put down your token, get owned, then get your girl took because shes impressed by how good the guy you lost is leaving you pissed then go home and practice and then finally own the guy you lost to after a years worth of practice and by that time he is already done with your girl who left him for someone who is better than him and then you have to practice again. Then after 2 yrs you finally get your girl back but by then shes not much of a prize anymore but hey atleast your not new to the scene anymore. poof! Tell your friends!

before that I went to Digipen with some Digital Watches and met Stark there were we played some Guilty Gear.
Then we continued on to Overture in Vancouver BC, a GG tourney.
So there is a chance I’ve met you already. Though I’ve only been out in the scene here for about a month or so. I am a fanatic so I hope i can meet you soon.
3rd Strike is my obsession, no offense to other games, but yeah that’s all they are to me. SF4 Akuma is my latest obession and Bang in Blazblue.

If you’ve only been in WA a month then we haven’t met, unfortunately. I don’t play 3S, just ST and SFIV and HDR for competition, I also play SNK games pretty well…
We need an Akuma specialist in WA I don’t think anyone is currently using him, he’s probably my “secondary” character but I suck hella bad with anyone not M. Bison in the game. Would love to get some practice against you.

Those were OK, Keith would call it between beginner and intermediate level and I would agree. For the next vid, try mashing a little harder. You may get more hits that way.
