I frequently make nutella and banana smoothies. Sometimes milkshakes, too.

Mix it in to brownie or cookie batter just before baking.
Put it on slice of bread, marshmallow spread on other side, put together and eat.
Put on slice of bread, peanut butter on other, banana slices between, eat.
Put it on a toasted bagel, sliced strawberry or banana on top, eat.
Drizzle on top of cream cheese covered bagel.
Drizzle on top of bowl of ice cream with fruits/nuts.
Mix up some ice cream in a bowl so it becomes soft, then drizzle nutella in while stirring.
Use it in a smoothy. Frozen bananas/strawberries, ice cream of choice, bee pollen are other good options.
Drizzle lightly on to appropriate cereal before adding milk.
Drizzle over chopped fruit (again, strawberries or banans are good), then put in freezer for a while and eat.
Freeze banana slices then spread some nutella or PB & nutella on them and eat.
Put peanut butter between one layer of pancakes, nutella between another, eat. Or just nutella between. Or bananas/nutella between.
Dip a s’mores into it.
Spread on to sliced apple then dip nutella sided apple into oats or chopped peanuts/almonds and eat.

Okay, get a bowl and put some plain or vanilla flavored yogurt in it. Mix in some Grape Nuts cereal (or Nutty Nuggets if you shop at Stater Bros.). Put in some chopped strawberries or banana. Stir. Drizzle in some nutella. Eat that sheeit.
