How old do you have to be to participate in evo?

I’m 16 and i’m looking forward to going to Evo 2k8, do i have to be at least 18 to attend or something? Oh, and I already checked at the evo website and it didnt have anything about age so please don’t start bashing me and tell me to go check the website or anything similar to that.

there is no age restrictions, however if you win a prize, you have to have a parental signature.

I hope one of these years some crazy 6 year old comes along, like that little kid who’s crazy at Halo.

you have to be at least 17 years old 3 months 14 days and 22 minutes and 33 seconds to compete.

I remember joining SRK when I was 14
and my first evo was 2002, I totally sucked balls, lost on every game I played.

I was 13, but I look way older though

You need to be as old as I am to have any fun once Evo is closed down for the night. At some hotels you need to be as old as I am to get a coffee at Starbucks after 9 o clock. :lol:

So they have to be there with you at Vegas? Or do you mean in the mail or something?

I think that it’s just a written form where the parents authorize the child to recieve the prize.
