Wesker is seriously NOT the problem in this game.
Zero, Viper, Dormammu, Firebrand, Dante, I’d also argue Magneto, are all better than wesker (in some cases a very wide margin)
I have been a Wesker player since day one, he’s awesome. My team consists of Wolverine, Spencer, and Wesker.

I hate my little brother’s Wesker.
Im surprised more people dont mention Wesker’s retarded hitbox/priority on his normals. His crouching M (I think? his palm accross the floor) seems to hit above, behind, and deceptively long in front of him, into full combos. His other normals are rediculous in their own ways.
Vanilla Wesker was slightly better than Ultimate Wesker. LOL at people saying “hes not that good” though. Is the best character in the game? No. Is his the most braindead top tier in this game. Free.

Wesker used to have me in the salt mines too, but recently I’ve found him fairly easy to beat.

At the end of the day, is he slightly overpowered? Si. Is he unstoppable? Nope. He has shit capabilities in the air, and the greater majorities of his ground moves are oh so readable. Nevertheless, we all sometimes slip up and lose to The Weskar D:

I’m not even going to give my opinion on this. 
Wesker’s not even a threat anymore because he basically got what he wanted…

Translation: EVERYONE uses Wesker. And, as in all Fighting Games, when everyone uses one character, that character’s strategy, strengths and weaknesses become all the more glaring. I’m to the point where I can use 60 percent of the cast to take Wesker 1-on-1, and my best teams can blow him up regardless of the position he’s in. And don’t even get me started on my Tasky vs. Albert.

Bottom Line: Urobouros has failed “Teh God”, because he’s not nearly as scary as he was when Vanilla first came out.
Zero, however, is a different story…

But in an honest post, I hate him a lot less than when I started. I’ve gotten a lot smarter as a player now and find that if it isn’t gunshot/teleport spam, it’s j.S into c.L mix-ups. Spencer doesn’t even give a fuck. Still hate him, just a bit less every day.

because there is no anti-skrull bandwagon for them to ride. i hate watching super skrulls in streams because you know they’re in total auto pilot the whole way through. in fact, how many times have you seen alukardny do meteor smash into immediate inferno even though inferno is super unsafe?
Hundreds of times. Ever since I first saw him at APEX I would rage when I see his Skrull play.
I hate his guts and every scrubby wesker out there that thinks they can win a match for free with lvl 3 x-factor and beginner level combos.
Although spencer & Virgil are in the running for his title for sure.
Virgil…Mr. Hilarious reach. So you think being 1/3rd the screen away makes you safe? Think again! And a dozen easy-bake-oven ways of starting a longass combo off ANY hit they manage to score when flailing the katana around.
And spencer…oohhh let me swing & zip around the screen all damn day, and come crashing down on top of the player at my leisure. Every hit i score turns into a crushing combo.

If skrull was really better the player base would effect that. All those players on the Wesker bandwagon for that high-tier edge, would be using skrull instead.
