I gotta throw my lot in with the others who say that it’s possible get quick play happening by playing Ranked. If I host/create match in Ranked, I rarely wait more than 30 seconds to find an opponent. You don’t get the social aspect of Player Matches, but you do get in for quick fights.
The quality of your opponent… well… I can’t do much about that. :lol:

The online is awesome compared to Brawl for wii.

Any online game is better compared to the Wii’s online system:confused:
But I’ve noticed that the better players are found in Tournament/Player matches… never Ranked. I mean, unless you want to fight Shoto players who spam j. RH -> c. RH, Ranked matches are terrible. Player matches have some lag, but I’ve found my home doing Tournament matches. Lag is very rare there, and you do find some skilled players.
Whenever I play on ranked, I always face a shoto spamming Shoryuken.

Yeah, I haven’t had many problems with lag. Even when playing my cousin in Korea.
