How do you upload videos from xbl onto youtube?

i want to do it, but have no idea how. i can save videos of matches i’ve done, or others matches, but that’s it.

Need a capture card for the computer and connect from there, or be ghetto and use a video cam/phone.

either capture card, or an external capture device which hooks up to cpu. (dazzle, hauupauge)
