How do you get out of stun really fast?

Ok, ive seen some videos where people get stunned and then like 1/2 a second later they are unstunned. I have heard try mashing as fast as you can, obviously, but is there any sort of method that is proven? Does twirling the stick help or anything like that?

Try doing a 360 motion while mashing the buttons really fast

A while ago, someone said the fastest way was to mash all the buttons, and left and right as quickly as possible.

Mash, inhumanly fast. I think streak described how mopes does it somewhere. Shrug

Just try not to break the controls. It doesn’t matter if you’re out of stun without a joystick. You’ll still get mollywhoped.

EDIT: thx to Doom for the correction.

it was streak who told it strakka

anyway, shake it form left to right, if you make 360 you might get some move out or jump and immediately attack, which gives your opponent a free combo…

and ow: some characters come out of dizzy faster i think or maybe thats cvs2 only

My bad. Post edited accordingly. With props! What more could you ask for! Wow! I don’t believe!

Fuck. 2:30am makes you extra-jittery.

some characters naturally get out of stun with ease (Alex comes to mind. I shall never use Denjin against him again, lol)

agree :karate:

Idk Neidel, I can mash pretty fast I guess. I shake from left to right while pianoing punches, short, and rh.

im not tlaking about you, DILL HOLE. some guy in a video.

I got 5 dill holes right here. shakes fist

I wiggle the stick back and forth and drag my fingers back and forth horizontally across the space inbetween the top row of punches and the bottom row of kicks. I use all 4 of my fingers and try to shred the buttons like cheese.

Some people use thier whole hand across all 6 buttons like karate kid wash-on wash-off motion kinda.

I use my fingers to about the middle nuckles and I run them inbetween the top and bottom rows because (especially on japanese buttons) you are then pressing the edges of the buttons that are closest to eachother, thus minimizing movement.

I try to think of the same concept as like taking a quarter and dragging it across the buttons, except of course there’s no time to use an object so I use my fingers.

If anyone else has any other ways that work well let us know!
