How do you build up heat ultra fast?

i just got the game and was wondering about how someone can build up heat fast ?

also , which characters in the game build it the fastest ?

On defence: Instant Block, you get 3 Heat for each IB.
On offence: Do combos that give you a lot of Heat.

That’s pretty much it.

Ragna, Litchi and Hazama are the ones I personally feel build Heat the fastest.
