How do you anchor titles to URLs?

<a href> doesn’t work and I don’t see an option in the message box like vBulletin had.

I think if you highlight the test and press the link icon it works.

Write something out like “Penis”. Highlight that text then click the URL link button on the reply box (it’s a chain link picture). Then just paste the url and click Insert.
